CLAIM Your Carpet

We understand that even the best-laid adventures can change.

You may cancel your reservation in writing within three business days of receiving your confirmation and payment terms for a full refund.

After that period:

• Cancellations received on or before January 15, 2027 will receive a refund of payments made, less payment-processing fees.

• From January 16 through March 14, 2027, the initial deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded.

• Beginning March 15, 2027, all payments are final and non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another guest through May 1, 2027. All replacement guests and plus-ones must be approved by the hosts, and transfers are subject to room availability.

Flights, travel insurance, passport or visa expenses and other personal travel arrangements are separate and cannot be reimbursed by Havenly Events. We strongly encourage purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including trip-cancellation coverage.

If the celebration is cancelled by the hosts, accommodation contributions will be refunded. This does not include independently booked flights or other personal travel expenses.
